Its amazing how much of their manhood they invest in their ability to provide for their families. Of course, it does make sense...seeing it is their "job" as ours is the nesting and what not. Brian had the worst time during his unemployment...after everything came down...and the hurt was worse than it had ever been we talked. He said to me "Thank you so much for how you handled me being out of work. I've never had so much support. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have gotten thru it...and you never showed me how worried you were." and that's what it was. I had to be strong for him. It's not easy...but it's what we do.

I have the urge to tell you "this too shall pass" and "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger", but I know that sometimes those things just aren't enough. I will say that you're a strong family and you will get through it. I have to believe that when bad things happen one after another or when you're stuck in a bad patch of your life, that once you get through it, it'll be smooth sailing. You're in my thoughts and I hope things get better for you.
