You're always so brave about things! I hope he gets the job, I hope your tenants are out in time, I hope everything is ok... but even if nothing goes right, you'll always be basically ok, because you're a strong person.

Your Landlord/Tenancy act in NY must such wind for Landlord's. Regardless of these people not being able to find another place to rent, should mean that you (the landlord) should have to pay the price. WTF! AND it sound like to hoops YOU have to go through the get bad tenants out of your house is so wrapped up in red tape that it discourages your from doing it. That's just not fair!!! Is there a Rental Ombudsman in NY? Can't you appeal to ... someone.... anyone??
