You are "vertually" very welcome. :-) and regarding the heat - I'll trade your heat for the cold and damp we've got. I'm tired of wearing sweaters and socks. Actually, I refuse to wear socks, and my feet are freezing. My bad!

I totally understand the heat. But think about it this way. I would gladly trade my 110 degrees in Arizona for your 95.1 in New York. Holla. :D
