My stepmother is only ten years older than me.. not that I'm a teenager but I was once.. I wish she'd cared about me as much as you do your step daughter! you're a wonderful mother to all of your kids ;-) xxx

I feel the same way about the hubby being gone. It sucked when they were unemployed...but I think you get spoiled having them around so much for both you and the kids. My hubby was gone till 9:30pm last night and I was crawling out of my SKIN by the time he got home..then, when we sat down to talk..we were too tired. It was pretty sad =) Good luck to you, I know how you feel!
