My daughter was in her own bed before her first birthday because we needed the crib for her little sister :) Necessity is the mother of growth or something cheezy like that! As for the bed vs. carpet? You do what you need to do when you need to do it and deal with the next thing as it comes. One thing at a time sistah-girlfriend! Of course I'm really enjoying the fact that you have decisions to make like beds or carpet instead of food or bills. Good for you being where you are in your life :) I'm SO happy for you. Oh, can I get the link to where the bed is from?
