Actually that person was correct, NY state law states the following~Effective March 27, 2005: all back seat passengers who are age four or older but under age seven must be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system. A child older than four years of age and over four feet nine inches in height may be restrained by a safety belt.

To anyone reading Kelly's comment above - I knew it was her and my "former friend" who have been my trolls, seems I finally put enough methods in place to force them out of hiding when they want to spew their hate.
I did email her and ask her why she envies my life so much - I mean, she just can't stop reading me afterall, even though I have told them to leave. Anyway - I also told her that her cute little "about.com" link is wrong. I have a Suffolk County officer that lives next door to me, and I checked with him on the entire thing.
I sure hope they move on with their lives now... I am so tired of having trolls. I hope everyone is having a great day, and part "2" is coming soon!

Ignorant, negelctful parents who have time to stalk diaries instead of take care of their own families give good people a bad name. Sounds like they have some sort of romantic crush on you. ;)
