Thanks for sharing your Christmas pictures. How wonderful. Although, I must say that the fireplace is so tiny for such a large wall. Do you ever use it? And no stocking?? Merry Christmas and happy 2007!

I'm glad you have a diagnosis for your daughter...and that the school board will have to step up and provide what she needs. Your new mantle is lovely and your children are adorable. Happy New Year!

My daughter was given the same diagnosis a few years ago. We have also wrestled a bit with the school district, but in Texas, just as where you live, they are required by law to provide the resources needed for her education. We've tried other things as well, such as gluten-free/casein-free diet, chelation, and some other therapies. Some worked better than others. If you want, I can email you some links. There is a ton of information out there...not all of which is approved/accepted by our guv. I also highly recommend you read a book, Evidence of Harm, by David Kirby. Just be ready to be furious by the time you're finished with it. Good luck and God bless.
